We’re delighted to have been awarded 2nd place in the Global Neurodegeneration Proteomics Consortium (GNPC) Data Challenge.
Our project addresses the question: “Can we develop prognostic markers of cognitive decline and neurodegeneration?” using large-scale plasma proteomics data from the GNPC Harmonized Data Set.
We have developed a unified modelling framework combining interpretable machine learning with continuous-time disease modelling. This enables us to capture progression as a continuous, individualised process, extending beyond stratification based on static diagnostic labels.
Our work highlights the potential of AI-driven proteomics markers for robust prognosis and stratification across neurodegenerative diseases, with a scalable framework for multimodal integration.
We’re grateful to ADDI team for their support and excited to take this work forward!
